Following some years of employment in the security and public sectors, I joined CI.Connect in the Technical & Operations department where I stayed for five years. Since then I have progressed into a Service Delivery Manager, followed by a Project Delivery Manager position, where I oversee the Technical Team and carry out various roles in Project Management, ensuring the smooth running of the solution designs, client liaison and day-to-day installations.
